Low Entropy is a registered charity that focuses on mental health, community building, and connection through authenticity. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic volunteers to join our Virtual Community Builders team! Our Virtual Community Builders (VCB) team focuses on uplifting and building our community on our online platform through engagement, content creation, and event planning.
As a volunteer Video Production Specialist on our VCB team, you are responsible for preparing interactive and informative videos. This includes but is not limited to writing short scripts, editing, processing, and posting on our online community platform. This position would be great for anyone with great imagination and creativity skills, a knack for storytelling, and who enjoys writing. Other responsibilities include weekly brainstorming meetings over Zoom. The position is completely remote and can be flexible with other commitments or schedules.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use Canva, Adobe, etc
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team as well as individually
Part-time hours: 5 hours/week
