Academy of Learning Career College (AOLCC) is expanding! We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant for our Toronto office. The assistant will support our Chief Operating Officer and the rest of the team as needed, with a variety of administrative tasks while displaying a high-level of responsibility, professionalism, and judgment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail, results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrate initiative with a hands-on approach. The assistant will be working in a hybrid model – work from home as well as on site when required.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide administrative support to the COO
Provide support with calendar and email management, meeting coordination and scheduling and managing of expense reporting
Provide support as required on coordination of travel requirements
Maintain, update, and track correspondence and reports
Assist with other ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Experience and Competencies:

College degree or diploma in Business Administration preferred
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in supporting senior management preferred
Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
Strong organizational, prioritization, time management skills with an ability to multi-task
Sensitivity to issues of confidentiality
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
